Downers Grove Historic Preservation Plan


Village Council has now approved the  Historic Preservation Plan for Downers
Grove. This document sets direction and policy for the village’s
historic preservation efforts.
 
Note: the plan is a fairly big file (9 MB) and takes a little while to download.  That is mainly 
because it has attached to it a comprehensive listing of identified historic properties in the 
Village, along with pictures.  These properties may one day be candidates for local 
landmarking.  Is your house on the list?  Any on your block?
